Naila is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner with a passion for helping others discover the transformative power of movement, breathwork and meditation to decrease stress, release trauma, and find inner ease and joy. She combines western practices and spiritual wisdom from her ancestral lineage to guide deep healing for the individual and collective community. With a deep respect for ancestral wisdom and mother nature and 15 years of personal experience, she shares practices that help you access your own inner guide.
