Welcome to Flow by Naila
Naila is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner with a passion for helping others discover the transformative power of movement, breath and sound meditation to decrease stress, release trauma, and find inner ease and joy. She was born in Kenya, raised in America, and has traveled extensively completing a year long round the world trip. During that year, she reconnected to her Indian roots training in yogic practices in the Himalayas as well as exploring truest nature on silent meditations.
She is certified in sound therapy, breath work, yoga, pilates, and guides group and individual healing experiences combining sound, breath work, meditation and mindful movement. Having experienced burnout in corporate America, she is passionate about sharing the importance of slowing down, prioritizing mental and physical health, and reconnecting to the healing power of nature, community and the innate wisdom within each of us. Everything she shares has grown out of her own healing journey.
